Where can I find dressage training level test one?

I intend to compete in the dressage next year in 4-H, except at my next show this year (I am new to this year since its first year of my 4-H, but I be a senior year next). Where can I find? If you really have a dressage horse, well trained how difficult is it to learn driving training? And thank you:)
